Health measures CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

Some questions remain, in order to answer them you will find some information below:

Here are, in real time, the sanitary protocols put in place within the campsite for your safety and that of our staff.

Updated August 9, 2021

What are the new measures in force following the speech on the 12th of July 2021?

It’s even easier now – there’s just one verification!

What type of documents make up a Health Pass?

What should I do during check-in if I’m not vaccinated at all or if I’m not fully vaccinated?

You should present a negative test result (PCR or antigen) dated less than 72 hours before arrival.

Where should I book a PCR or antigen test?

PCR tests are mainly carried out in medical analysis laboratories, or in testing centres. You will not have the results immediately.

Antigen tests are mainly carried out in chemists, and the result is usually available after around 15 minutes.

Rapid lateral flow test/self-testing results are not accepted for Health Passes.

Please note! Saint-Brévin is a seaside tourist resort, which sees its population increase dramatically during peak season. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that you carry out your test in your home region, in the hours before departure, in order to arrive at Le Fief campsite with a negative test result, and thus, a valid Health Pass.
The demand for tests is significantly more than what is available in St Brévin les Pins and the surrounding area. It can be difficult (even impossible) to carry out a test on the day you arrive at Le Fief Campsite if you have not planned for it in advance.
If you do not have a valid Health Pass upon arrival, we will be forced to refuse you access to the campsite.

We appreciate your help in taking the necessary measures to ensure that this process is carried out smoothly.

What sanitary rules are in place on the campsite?

The recommendations in force in our everyday life since the beginning of 2020, and that we all know, also always apply to the campsite: barrier actions and physical distancing (hand gel, direction of traffic, maximum capacity per department, 1 person per family in our reception and supermarket areas, contactless payment preferred etc.).

Currently, campsites are starting their 2021 season with the sanitary protocol proposed by the national federation of outdoor hotels for the 2020 season and validated by the government last year. We are following the news closely and are in close contact with our federation to be informed of updates for 2021, and to also inform you. Updates on the opening of our services are available in real time on our Facebook page and our website.

Will I have to wear a mask during my stay?

For your safety and that of our staff, you must wear a mask on the campsite and indoors for the time being.

The requirement to wear a mask outdoors (on the campsite or in the town of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins) was lifted on 17th June, with the exception of large gatherings (in queues, at markets, etc.).

Are the swimming pools open?

The outdoor pool complex is open: you will find 500 m² of water fun with slides, jets, waterfall, lazy river, water tree & paddling pool! All heated.

The indoor fun pool is also heated and opened its doors on 9th June.

Is the Le Punta Cana Restaurant open?

Yes!

We have some lovely new things on our take-away menu.

The whole restaurant (indoor and on the terrace) is now open to all, whether you're holidaying on the campsite or not. Booking is strongly recommended. Have a look at our menus on our Sunêlia app!

The “lunch + water park access” package is back, and is available to those not staying at the campsite, as long as a Health Pass is presented for all those aged 18 and over.

Conditions and booking available by calling Le Punta Cana bar-restaurant on +33 2 40 27 75 90.

What about entertainment?

OOur entertainments staff have been really creative in putting together a programme of healthy, outdoor, socially-distanced activities. At weekends in low season and during the school summer holidays our team will be here to entertain you!

The curfew is over so we now have evening entertainment too!

Our 2021 musical has been announced! This year it will be Alice in Wonderland! Join us on Friday 16th July for the première! Shows then every other Friday through out July / August, alternating with another show.

Is the SPA by Le Fief open?

LE SPA by Le Fief reopened on 19th May and offers a wide range of facial and body treatments. Reservation strongly advised before your stay on +33 2 40 27 75 98.

The Aquadétente relaxation area and the fitness studio are now open with limited availability. Book directly with SPA BY Le Fief.

What about my accommodation?

All our accommodation has a private terrace, toilet and bathroom.

If you have bed and bathroom linen provided: a strict linen management procedure is also in place: a plastic bag will be available in the welcome pack to put your used linen inside, on departure.

For our holidaymakers with outdoor pitches: our sanitation department, during their daily visits to our bathroom facilities, pays particular attention to points of contact, with a virucidal product. With regard to individual non-partitioned facilities (washbasin, washing-up bowl, urinal, etc.), one out of two units is currently accessible. Our 4 bathroom facilities will be open when the campsite opens to spread out the number of visitors.
