Sunêlia's chain of holiday village campsites groups together independent establishments that share the same values and a firm commitment to satisfying every holidaymaker. With this aim, they all adhere to a quality charter and are audited every two years by Protourism, a company that checks 550 criteria that cover services and facilities.
These audits are complemented by an annual analysis of nearly 15,000 highly detailed satisfaction forms. The results of this reporting system are used to classify sites on a scale of 3 to 5 ladybirds. Sunêlia Le Fief campsite is a 5-ladybird site.
