SUNELIA  QUALITY

Every 2 years campsites are inspected by a specialist company, checking 12 groups of criteria, one of which is 'campsite' , and must meet a minimum satisfaction level of 85% to be approved under the 'qualité Sunêlia' mark.

These criteria allow us to ensure adherence to the Quality Charter .

In 2010 93%* of you stated that you were satisfied or very satisfied with your stay at a Sunêlia campsite.

SUNELIA SUN OFFER

We have developed the SUNÊLIA SUN offer ('SOLEIL SUNELIA'), for all holidays lasting a minimum of 7 nights in accommodation, counted from the day of arrival to the evening of departure.
If you have less than three days of sunshine (*) during your stay you will receive a cheque for 100 euros.

If you have no days of sunshine (*) during your stay you will receive cheque for 200 euros.

THE SUNELIA LOYALTY CARD (35 euros, valid for 2 years)

- No booking fees throughout the year.
- Flat rate of 15 euros per night for two people on a camping pitch with electric hook-up for all holidays before 25/06/10 and after 31/08/10.
- Personalised welcome. Access to loyalty programme: 1 Point for every 10 euros spent to be redeemed on a holiday in a self-catering holiday home or camping pitch.
- Special regional gift for all holidays in high season.
- Earn points by recommending a relative or friend: 20 points for a weekend (minimum of 2 nights), 50 Points for a week.
- 5% discount offered to the friends and family you recommend in low season during their recommended holiday.
