BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservations
will be accepted only :
- if approved by the direction
- with
your signature on the contract form filled up
- after receipt of
payment of 25 % of total rental price + 30 € of booking charge not
refundable + 2 % of the amount of your stay for the optional
cancellation insurance.
Rental : The total amount has to be paid
30 days before your arrival.
Camping : The total amount must be
paid at the day of arrival at the campsite. The cost of your stay will
be calculated according to the arrival and departure dates that you
have entered on your reservation form. No discount will be given for
early departures or late arrivals. The area are in conformity with the
rules in force concerning the camp sites. First payment has to be sent
within 8 days after receiving the contract. You will receive a receipt
to be shown at arrival

Attention
: In case of late arrival, please inform us IN WRITING. If not, the
contract is cancelled, the pitch or rental will be re-entered the next
day at 12.00 p.m. Money is not refundable.
Prices
RENTAL
Our prices include : the renting of the accommodation type
chosen, tableware, the technical assistance, water, gas and power
consumption, the bedding (blanket, bolsters and pillows), the visitor’s
tax and the reception at the arrival.
Inventor y of fixtures A
complete inventory, including furniture, kitchen utensils and equipment
is undertaken when the tenant leaves. This latter will have to check
and to let know, on his arrival day, each and every anomaly. A 200 €
guarantee will be requested on the arrival day. The tenant will recover
this amount after his departure if the place and the equipment are in
compliance with the inventory. Any breakage, damage or loss will be
invoiced and deducted from the amount of the guarantee depending on the
repair invoice(s). € 50 will be deducted for final cleaning if we
consider that the property is not in a fit state to be handed back to
us. The inventories made at departure must be carried out on Saturdays
between 8.30 and 10 a.m. In case of early departure occuring off duty
service, the deposit will be returned by post to the tenant after the
place has been inspected.
Pets
Pets are accepted only if
the elementary rules of hygiene are respected (feed, bedding, hairs),
and against fees paid on the arrival day.
It won’t be allowed to
leave pets alone or in the surrroundings of the accommodation. They
have to be kept on the lead, tattooed and vaccinated against rabies.
Health passport will be requested on the arrival day. Dogs from the
dangerous dog acts are not allowed.
Reception
When you
arrive, you must register yourself at the registration office.
We
will give you bracelets which allow you the access to the
camp
site against a guarantee of 5 €. We will refund the guarantee at your
leaving when you are giving them back. Any change which can involve a
variation in the amount of the fees will have to be notified on this
very day. Visitors who would stay more than two hours will be
registered at our registration office and pay for the corresponding
fees.
Cancelation costs
In case of there is no
cancellation insurance or if this latter would not work, some
deductions are held on the amounts already paid according to the
following conditions :
Rental :
More than 60 days before
the beginning of the stay : 30 €
Between 31 and 60 days : 25 % of
the accommodation cost
Between 21 and 30 days : 50 % of the
accommodation cost
Between 8 and 20 days : 75 % of the
accommodation cost
Between 2 and 7 days : 90 % of the
accommodation cost
Less than 2 days: the whole stay must be paid
CAMPING :
If the withdrawal is notified more than a month
before the arrival, the amount of 30 € will be charged.
If
notified less than a month before the arrival, the deposit remains
property of the camp site le fief.
The registration fees will
never be refund
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The cancellation
insurance is not included in the price. It is optional and represents 2
% of the total amount. It must be paid at the time of the registration.
No discount will be given for early departures or late arrivals.

Guaranty extent
The cancellation insurance covers the deposits
paid (except the registration fees). It puts into action when the
tenant has to cancel his stay for the following reasons : Reimbursement
to the policyholder, without excess or age limit, of the withdrawal
expenses when he cancels his stay for the following reasons : a serious
illness, a serious accident or the death : of the policyholder, his/her
spouse or cohabitant, his/her guardian, his/her ascendants,
descendants, brothers,
sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law,
sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fathers-in-law or mothers-in-law
Significant material damages caused by theft, fire or natural disasters
which affect the properties of the policyholder and which require
his/her presence. The cancellation for guaranteed reasons of the fellow
traveller and/or people registered on the same booking document. The
effects, after-effects and complications or worsening of a disease or
an accident stated before the registration. Pregnancy complications.
Economic laying off of the policyholder.
B/ Obligations in case
of cancellation
The member has to inform the hotel in the open
air le fief within 2 days by registered letter. The member has to send
as soon as possible a medical certificate, sick-leave certificate, or
prescriptions, hospitalisation certificate, death certificate. The
member must write down the known or presumed date and circumstances
which caused the cancellation.
